It started at festivals in Haddon Township, NJ — tables, cups of milk tea, and real customers helping refine the recipes.
A home at Wing Phat Plaza
Wing Phat Plaza on Washington Ave felt like the right fit — a cultural hub in South Philly where the team built a kitchen on their own terms.
The Philadelphia grand opening
BB Tee House opened in November 2023 — and the crowd that showed up on day one made everything since feel worth it.
